The messengers met for the Sixty Sixth Annual Session at First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, Roseburg, OR.
Bro. Rod Williams led the congregation in singing Blessed Be the Name.
Bro. David Dever led in prayer
Bro. Jeff Harlan and Bro. Tom Dever presented the seminar entitled Who Are You: Using your strengths to advance the Kingdom.
Bro. Jim Rose led the congregation in singing The Way of the Cross leads Home
Services were turned over to Bro. Jim Rose as moderator.
Bro. Tom Dever came forward and gave the welcome for the host church.
Bro. Rose called for the reading of church letters. The names of each church and the names of the messengers were read from 10 letters. The messengers stood for recognition and were seated.
M/S/C to seat the messengers
M/S/C to accept the agenda as presented by the 1st LMBC Roseburg, OR subject to change by messengers. Motion Carried.
Bro. Lane Howard was introduced as the new pastor in Winston, Or.
1st MBC of Bend presented a Statement of Faith change. M/S/C to table the proposal until Saturday morning
Bro. Chandler, Bro. Dever and Bro. Williams were appointed to the Memorial Committee.
Bro. Williams led the congregation in singing Bringing in the Sheaves, Come and Dine, Do Lord and Farther Along
Bro. Rose came forward and delivered the Moderator’s Address titled A Worker Approved by God using II Timothy 2:14-16 as his text.
The congregation sang Cleanse Me led by Bro. Williams
Bro. Rose dismissed the messengers until 3:30. Dismissed in prayer by Bro. David Dever

Services were opened with singing No Not One led by Bro. Williams and in prayer by Bro. Gabrielson.
Bro. Kerr came forward and brought the morning devotional using Galatians 6:9,10 as his text.
Motion, Second, & Accepted to remove the proposed statement of faith change presented by the First MBC of Bend from table.
Motion, Second, & Accepted to add the proposed statement of Faith change presented by the First MBC of Bend to the statement of faith.
There were no missionary endorsements, nor recommendations for state missionaries. There was no need for a Northwest Development meeting.
