Camp Report 2021
(Camp Remote, Oregon)
The Coquille church was disheartened that Church Camp at Camp Remote had to be cancelled for the second year. As was noted, in the information we emailed to the churches of the State Association, the Coquille church had many things to think about at the “eleventh hour”. Much prayer and consideration went into the church’s difficult decision to cancel camp.
We are hopeful that next summer will be a welcome change, and we can once again sponsor a church camp that will give honor and glory to the Lord. To share the gospel with those who need Christ, plus enjoy fellowship with other brethren is a blessing. The Church Camp Committee desires your prayers as we strive to make healthy, spirit-led decisions about this outreach. We always need volunteers for many aspects of camp. Please open your heart and let the Lord lead you to be a part of this important team work effort.
Camp Remote was kind enough to float our deposit, and have reserved the week of July 25th - 30th, 2022 for us. So, mark your calendars now; and let us know how you can contribute to the “church camp experience” for yourself and others.
