The messengers met for the Sixty Fourth Annual Session at Redmond Missionary Baptist Church, Redmond, OR.
Bro. Rod Williams led the congregation in singing He Loves Me and Nearer My God to Thee.
Bro. Fred McCarn and Bro. Bill Johnson, presented the morning seminars entitled Finding Joy in a Troubled World
Services were turned over to Bro. Ryan Johnson as moderator.
Bro. McCarn came forward and gave the welcome for the host church.
Bro. Johnson called for the reading of church letters. The names of each church and the names of the messengers were read from 18 letters. The messengers stood for recognition and were seated. Bro. David Dever led in prayer

M/S/C to accept the agenda as presented by the Redmond Missionary Baptist Church Oregon City, OR subject to change by messengers. Motion Carried.
Bro. Jim Rose was introduced as the new pastor in Grants Pass, Or. Bro. Gene Gabrielson and Bro. Bill Johnson were introduced as visiting ministers
There were no Proposed Article of Faith Changes
Bro. McCarn and Bro. Rose were appointed to the Memorial Committee.
Bro. Williams led the congregation in singing I Love to Tell the Story, Hide Thou Me, More About Jesus, Jesus Saves. Bro. Ed Keady led in prayer
Bro. Johnson came forward and delivered the Moderator’s Address titled Perspective in Perseverance using II Corinthians 4:1 as his text.
The congregation sang Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus led by Bro. Williams
Bro. Johnson dismissed the messengers until 3:30. Dismissed in prayer by Bro. Harlin
Friday Afternoon - 3:30 P.M.
The Messenger body met back together at 3:30 following the individual Ladies, Men and Young People’s meetings.

Bro. Johnson opened nominations for the Saturday morning devotional. Bro. Tom Howard was elected to bring the morning devotion. Bro. Rose was elected to bring the Saturday Message.

Services were opened with singing Praise Him Praise Him led by Bro. Williams and in prayer by Bro. Ron Hawkins.
Bro. Tom Howard came forward and brought the morning devotional using I Corinthians 2:1-5 as his text.
There were no proposed permanent resolutions, missionary endorsements, nor recommendations for state missionaries. There was no need for a Northwest Development meeting.
The following reports were read and a motion to adopt as read was passed:

Harlan and Bro Rose spoke about the death of Bro. Robert Cullifer

Discussion was opened regarding the printing of the minute book. M/S/C to print the Memorial report, list of host churches and officers and directory and send on copy to each church. All other sections of the minute book will be available on the OSAMBC.org web site.
Bro. David Dever led in prayer and the Mission Offering was collected. M/S/C to split the offering between Bro. Gabrielson and Bro. Johnson for the Bible Outreach.
Bro. Williams led in singing Oh What a Savior.
Bro. Harlan introduced the morning speaker, Bro. Jim Rose from Grants Pass, Or. Bro. Rose used Psalms 73:1-2 as his text verses.

Bro. Chandler came forward and gave Bro. Rose the right hand of appreciation for a fine message.
A standing vote of appreciation was given to the Redmond MBC for the hospitality and hosting a great meeting.
